As The Account Manager, You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Driving proactive sales to secure bookings from schools and groups.
  • Managing inboxes and handling inbound calls to provide exceptional service.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with schools, ensuring they see the value of visiting our attractions.
  • Leading workshops and delivering educational experiences for school groups, showcasing your dynamic presentation skills.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create unforgettable visits that inspire and educate.

Qualifications & Experience

  • This is a junior level role therefore some sales experience, ideally in account management or group bookings
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a variety of audiences.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a proactive and confident approach to sales.
  • Fluency in French and Dutch (mandatory).
  • A passion for delivering educational and fun experiences to children and groups.
