We are currently seeking a Finance and Administration Officer to join our partner organization, a leading name in the graphic design industry. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day administration and accounting functions, while also assisting the CFO with monthly reporting and legal matters.
As the Finance and Administration Officer, you will extend your support to the Sales and Bizdev team, specifically in B2B sales administration.
Your contribution will be instrumental in ensuring smooth sales order processing, a vital aspect of our partner’s operations.
Responsibilities:
As the Finance and Administration Officer, you will extend your support to the Sales and Bizdev team, specifically in B2B sales administration.

Responsibilities:
- Accounting:
- Perform daily accounting tasks using Odoo, including financial operations, purchases, manual entries, reconciliations, visa statements, etc.
- Conduct monthly turnover control and VAT reconciliation.
- Prepare VAT filing.
- Administration:
- Handle office purchases.
- Provide administrative support for artistic projects.
- Assist in legal matters, such as artists’ contracts.
- Support HR administration tasks.
- Support to the CFO:
- Assist in monthly closing operations.
- Generate sales reports.
- Prepare analytic reports for financial reporting.
- B2B Sales Administration:
- Manage B2B sales follow-up, including sales order processing, invoicing, and payment follow-up, under the supervision of the Sales & Bizdev Manager.
- Handle ad hoc administrative requests as needed.
Your profile
Fluent in French & English (written and spoken).- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in accounting software, preferably Odoo.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and VAT regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
