Your Role

In this role you will actively contribute to Accounts Receivable department, managing a diverse portfolio of 150-200 customers. Your passion and dedication will shine as you handle written reminders, engage in telephone contacts, and meticulously maintain customer master data.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting in the administration of the accounts receivable department;
  • Supporting the cash collection of a customer portfolio of 150-200 customers;
  • Taking care of written reminders and telephone contacts;
  • Creating customer accounts and maintaining customer master data;
  • Assessing the creditworthiness of customers;
  • Assigning credit limits.

Your Skills And Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or equal level by experience;
  • First successful experience with customer relations, experience in cash collection is a plus;
  • Excellent communication skills and service mindset; enthusiastic team player with a flexible mindset that can work independently. You have a great sense of responsibility and accountability;
  • MS Office and IT skills: advanced MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel;
  • Languages: Dutch is mandatory, fluency in English or French is also needed;
