Description de la fonction
Typical tasks: Formulation of the budget, forecasting, and preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting, and the management of spend plans. Travel arrangements and vouchers. Office management duties including time and attendance, purchase orders/procurements, office supply and equipment inventories, and office records management. Key aspects of events connected to VIP visitors and office events, including development of lists of invitees, tracking RSVPs, securing appropriate venues for activities within Mission or externally.
Description du profil
EDUCATION: Secondary school.
EXPERIENCE: Three years of experience in finance or accounting.
LANGUAGE: Fluency in English.
