Warranty team is part of the Toyota Business develoment division.

Our Vision: achieve number 1 position for customer satisfaction in EU.

Our Mission: promote field quality improvement within Toyota and at suppliers, through problem investigation and responsibility allocation.

Our main roles and responsibilities:

  • Market claim processing and administration
  • Manufacturing and supplier information processing
  • Warranty system improvement
  • Parts recovery

Your responsibilities:

  • Promote claim quality by individual claim assessment or data mining
  • Promote supplier quality improvement through data and cost sharing
  • Support the warranty administration between market/ manufacturing and supplier

Profile

Your profile:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • You are fluent in English (Toyota Motor Europe business language)
  • You have good knowledge/experience of Microsoft office tools and business analytics tools e.g. Power BI (nice to have)
  • You have automotive experience and a basic mechanical (automotive) knowledge that can originate from an academic background or from personal interest

You have a Toyota DNA, this means you:

have strong planning and organization skills
enjoy working in a team, respecting others.
