Contact with the Sales Team on a daily basis, booking orders, providing information regarding product availability, pricing and delivery, suggesting alternative products and making analysis. Just a couple of tasks of the Sales Support position within Shimano Belgium!

In this role you will become part of an enthusiastic Customer Service team consisting of 7 colleagues in our brand-new office in Mechelen.

The Challenge

  • Provide colleagues with pricing, product, availability, order and delivery information;
  • Manage & process customer orders, inquiries or complaints as the first line of support then escalating where necessary;
  • Be a link between customer & sales teams to maximize responsiveness, share key information and support sales goals;
  • Track the status of customer orders and alert responsible persons should there be a deviation from plans or a bottle neck.

What are we looking for?

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role;
  • Good language skills in Dutch, English and French;
  • Good business communication skills;
  • You have concern for order, quality and accuracy. You are working carefully with eye for detail.
