From our regional headquarters based in Zaventem(Brussels area), our team ensures the development and supports manufacturing of high-quality car interior components.

Interested in working for an international and dynamic company? We are looking for a new member in our IT team, who would handle all the administration tasksfor the IT department.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage the Purchasing administration: create purchase requisition, order in SAP, check invoices, periodic follow-up on open cases
  • Manage thecross-charging paperworkand follow-up: split the invoices across divisions according to budget, collects signatures, send final documents to finance department
  • Coordinate questionnairessent out(related to ATSG, Security, software etc.): discussion with the team about the questionnaires, follow-up collection on competition and consolidate.
  • Assist IT manager with collecting and organizing audit evidence: ensure evidence in a structure
  • Assist IT manager with creating the monthly IT reporting.
  • Assist IT manager with budget reporting: Create the periodic consolidation using a template, discuss consolidated overview with the management, ensure its submitted
  • Coordinate IT training events:make training schedule, send out information to participants, manage meeting room bookings.
  • Create and distribute the IT Newsletter.
  • Manage the IT policies and procedures: updating policies, guard the consistency of layout and content
  • Manage the NDAs and contracts with suppliers: Distribute, follow up on renewal

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Business fluency in English
  • You have a strong Excel skills , interested to learn Power BI and SAP
  • You like to work with people from a different environment and cultural background.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are very strong assets for this function
