Your Position

• As a Consultant, you work closely with the client’s Business Insights responsibles, mainly within the life sciences sector. You support the team in translating their business challenge into a research approach, making analyses, gaining insights into market and customer profiles, making strategic decisions and putting them into practice.
• You work in a team on projects to improve the marketing or sales effectiveness and strategy of our customers. In such projects you analyze market research or sales data and convert the analyzes into strategies and concrete recommendations for implementation.
• You develop a solid long-term relationship with your customers and thus become their trusted partner for further sales and marketing issues.
• You inspire your colleagues and clients with best practices, learnings and opportunities.
• In this role you report to the Advanced Analytics Lead.

Your Profile

• You have a Master’s degree in a quantitative direction (Business Engineering, Experimental Psychology,...), a PhD experience can also be considered.
• You have a keen interest in the life sciences sector and the ambition to grow as a data analyst/scientist.
• You can work fluently with one of the following analysis packages such as SPSS, Phyton, R, Alteryx, ...
• You have a strong analytical mind and are passionate about data.
• You can adopt a flexible attitude and are willing to travel up to 30% of your time.
• You speak and write English very well, and any other language is welcome.
