Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Application Technician based in Zaventem, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Application Technician will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, deliver customer service, and conduct training sessions. The individual in this role will be responsible for supporting clients, solving technical problems, and ensuring smooth operations of our technology solutions.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in delivering Training sessions
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the hardware or construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
  • Languages : Dutch, French and English required
