In dieser Position sind Sie für die Erreichung der Umsatz- und Gewinnziele verantwortlich. Sie leiten und koordinieren die täglichen Abläufe des Verkaufspersonals und des Stores und verantworten die Ergebnisse gegenüber dem Store Manager. Sie arbeiten kontinuierlich an der Verbesserung der Servicequalität im Store und kreieren ein Store-Ambiente, das im Einklang mit der Corporate Identity steht.PROFIL

• Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Retail mit zunehmendem Verantwortungsbereich, davon mindestens 2 Jahre Führungserfahrung
• Sie besitzen umfangreiche Erfahrung und die Fähigkeit, ein hohes Maß an Kundenservice zu gewährleisten
• Retail Operations, Budgetierung, Planung, Kundenservice, Führungsstärke und Verkaufserfahrung sind erforderlich
• Ihre Stärke liegt im Aufbau und in der Pflege von Beziehungen und Sie arbeiten gerne mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen, Sie denken vorausschauend und sorgen für Struktur
• Sie kommunizieren ehrlich, offen und konstruktiv
• Sie tragen zu einer inklusiven Kultur unterschiedlicher Stile und Talente bei, die auf ein klares Ziel hinarbeiten
• Sie lieben den Umgang mit internationalen Kunden
