What you’ll do
The Associate Consultant (Flanders) is responsible for the development of collaborations between companies in Flanders and Strand’s Pharma and Life Sciences Department. This role involves the following responsibilities:- Proactively approach new prospects within the fields of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices
- Maintain and develop existing collaborations by providing the right follow-up and innovative ideas to improve efficiency
- Apply and respond to tenders linke to potential new partnership
- Provide technical expertise to clients regarding their needs for support
- Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle of new consultants
- Create relevant advertisement campaigns on social media and job boards, together with Marketing
- Reach out to relevant candidates through Strand’s CRM, LinkedIn, and job boards
- Interview candidates regarding specific open positions, and a career at Strand
- Negotiate contracts
- Provide innovative advice on improving our way to attract quality consultants that will support the company’s growth
- Participate to job fairs and dedicated events
- Build bridges with Universities to attract young potentials
Who we’re looking for
- Degree (Business, HR, Marketing, Economics, Commercial Sciences, Management...) and/or relevant experience in the field
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, business development, or account management
- Experience/knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships
- Highly organized and able to work on several processes/tasks simulteanously
- Result-oriented mindset
- Ambitious
- Excellent command of English
- Fluency in Dutch
