Job Description
  • The Associate Director FP&A EUC coordinates and consolidate the regional management reporting process and provides effective summary of the key variances and trends on monthly basis. He/she works closely with the Associate Directors of the sub-clusters to ensure accurate, timely and compliant reporting.
  • He / She acts as primary contact for all financial queries related to area of responsibilities coming from regional Head Quarter, across all area of the business.
  • He / She supports the Senior Director of Finance EUC in trend anticipation and risk assessment. He / She contributes to recommendations and contingency to meet financial and business objectives, providing timely information and analysis to feed decision process.
  • He / She drives the Planning process including budget and quarterly updates within area of responsibility. Ensures accuracy and robustness of package submission.
  • He / She liaises proactively with all related stakeholders in markets to gain insights on Business dynamics across the portfolio and financial implications across P&L.
  • He / She acts as key change agent to streamline processes and drive innovation in ways of working. Provide hands-on support to the FP&A teams when needed and ensure optimal use of resources across countries. He / She identifies and implement process improvement opportunities and reinforce the collaboration between FP&A community teams
  • He / She contributes to the regional FP&A team development in terms of financial proficiency, business knowledge and external environment. Ensure regular sharing and coaching with Associate Directors of the sub-clusters.
  • He / She contributes to regional projects and ad/hoc analysis across the region.
  • The Associate Director FP&A EUC is comfortable working independently and dealing with urgency.
  • He / She has strong organizational skills to organize planning or reporting process
  • He / She is open minded and is able to simply complexity of multiple market & brands dynamics
  • He / She has very strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior management
  • He / She is hands on and able to anticipate activity peaks for the region and support sub-cluster teams.
  • He / She shares strong accountability, passion and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the Financial Planning process consolidation for the region of EU cluster and provide insights to decision making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting, anticipate trends and risk assessment
  • Support the Regional Finance Director in his stewardship and business partnership role.
  • Act as change agent to improve financial processes, develop regional FP&A teams and collaboration
  • Deliver ad-hoc projects to create and secure value for the company
