Among others, we are looking for junior professionals who have the experience and potential to quickly becomeAutomation Lead on our projects.

You will help our banking clients to anticipate and respond to the digital revolution transforming their business model and revenue streams. You will be part of a team which blends business, design, and advanced technology skills into collaborative ways of working. Project examples We recently staffed and delivered an end-to-end digital mortgage solution, an omnichannel invest advisor, an intelligent process automation Center of Excellence, designed an API platform for PSD2, defined a digital wealth strategy and much more!

As an Automation Lead you:

• 
  Will be a Change Manager/leader, with the drive and enthusiasm to revolutionize the way an Organization and who can build and utilize their Process Automation Capabilities (BluePrism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, PEGA, WorkFusion, …).

• Have the capacity to plan, coordinate and drive the implementation of a Process Automation Vision.

• Have a proven track record of implementing and building Organizational Changes – both operationally and technically.

• Are strong in communication and consulting skills, in particular, stakeholder building and management. Liaise with senior level external supplier and internal stakeholder representatives in a rational and measured manner to communicate project progress, issues, risks and solutions.

• Have the ability to engage and manage Senior Stakeholders in complex environments. Control meetings and ensure the attendees are focused on achieving the predefined objectives.

What Are we looking for?

• 
  Master’s degree in business management or related field

• Fluency in EN, good knowledge of FR and/or NL

• Have 5 to 6 years of relevant professional experience, where at least focused on Automation matters.

• A good understanding of Automation technologies and a working knowledge of automation tooling, having the developer certification is a must and preferably the architect certification as well

• Proficiency in the automation delivery lifecycle and best practice guidance.

• Familiarity with contact center environments and an appreciation for procedural level process mapping.

• Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience

• The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach.

• A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.
