Job Description

You will be part of the automation team spread across Europe. You’ll be responsible for managing automation projects for all our production sites in Europe. You will be based in Louvain-la- Neuve and you will report to the European Automation Manager in Belgium.

Our Automation Specialist Europe is an expert in automation and operation technologies.
  • Design and effective execution of investment projects and solution deployment
  • Continuous improvement in technology evolution, safety, and operation efficiency
  • Safe, efficient, and reliable production processes
  • Quick and accurate support to operations
Your Main Tasks Will Be
  • Automation project management from the design to the start-up. Depending on the size of the project, this may include the modifications in the PLC and SCADA.
  • Support our operations in Europe
  • Documentation management to structure our industrial IT processes
  • Continuous improvement of the team’s internal way of working.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education

Master degree in Automation

Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in projects management in Automation
  • Excellent level of French & English
Your Professional Skills
  • Project management
  • Siemens TIA or Schneider EcoStruxure
  • Knowledge in a Scada platform (GE Cimplicity is an asset)
  • Knowledge in SQL and Network is an asset
  • Ready to travel all across Europe (up to 30%)
