Position Summary

Responsible for the growth of Nespresso Professional in the office channel ( all companies < 200 employees) by creating new business and developing existing outlets. Responsible for extending the use of Nespresso Professional with existing customers and generating leads out of them.The Account Manager acts at any time as an ambassador for Nespresso Professional.
A day in the life of...

  • Increase business with existing customers (develop coffee consumption) & get leads for new customers through this network
  • Follow-up passive leads and opportunities
  • Acquire new customers by following the Nespresso B2B Sales Process
  • Selection of customers (prospects) via different tools and sources
  • Cold Calling, door to door and Visiting of selected prospects (creating pipeline on short- & midlong term)
  • Selling/placing machines spread over the B2B and B2C range, creating durable and sustainable volume at high value customers
  • Attending National Horeca Trade Fairs & networking events.
What will make you successful

  • At least a Bachelor degree in commercial, sales, marketing, economics. Ideally a Master in similar fields.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French with a good command of English.
  • This position is also open to junior even if a first sales experience is an asset (prospecting, negotiating sales conditions and contracts, managing & develloping existing customers).
  • Affinity with premium brand is a plus
  • Experience in value-, service- and consultancy selling prefered
  • A driver’s license
