Responsibilities:

Within our sales team, you will highly contribute to our growth by :

  • Forecasting strategic market opportunities and building a business plan and pipeline
  • Fostering strong, positive relationships with partners (existing and new ones) by aligning their business objectives with Qover’s products and solutions
  • Developing and owning customised proposals for each prospect, according to their needs and interests to close business deals
  • Being aware of business trends in order to help developing new services, products, and distribution channels/countries
  • Working together with senior level management, marketing, product owners and operations to improve the general positioning of the product and the go-to-market strategy
  • Attending industry events and conferences, and providing feedback and information on market and creative trends.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in the tech-industry. Fintech, SaaS, Insurance experience is a strong plus
  • Display strong communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible and show ability to multitask
  • Digital- and tech-savvy and have the start-up mindset
  • Result and challenge-driven, always aiming for the extra-mile
  • As a "Hunter", you are always looking at new angles to do business
  • Autonomous and hands-on with a strong team spirit
  • Fluent in English, any other European language is a strong asset
