B2C Customer Experience & Retention Manager
Reporting to: Consumer Business Unit Marketing Director

Your mission:
As B2C Customer Experience & Retention Manager you have the responsibility of Orange’s B2C customer experience and churn strategy across all business lines and Segments.

How does your day look like:

• You coordinate & define the customer experience activity and the anti-churn plan with the consumer business unit and the marketing staff.
• You are the link with Orange’s Customer Experience & Transformation Department at Orange Belgium.
• For Orange management you are the point of reference when it comes to churn related questions & actions.
• You follow the monthly churn level and implement all corrective actions needed in order to reach Orange’s strategic objectives.
• You coordinate the Orange Group customer experience & retention meetings where you share the Orange Belgium’s input/feedback.
• Furthermore you’ll be the responsible for the strategic evolution of the Orange Thank You Program.

Your profile:

• Good knowledge of marketing and customer behavior
• Project management skills
• Minimum 5 years of professional marketing experience
• Knowledge of statistical models and data management
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Languages: fluent in Dutch or French and English.
