Our client is looking for a bilingual FR/NL administrative associate for their back office department in Brussels
Description
- Daily management of the department’s administrative tasks
- Control and validation of installment loan files: processing, follow-up, document verification and payment.
- Regular contact with customers: phone calls, emails
- Archiving and scanning of files
Your profile
- You are bilingual FR/NL
- You have a higher education degree (minimum bachelor)
- You ideally have experience in instalment loans and life insurance
- You are structured, organized, autonomous, flexible and dynamic
- You have good communication skills and are customer oriented
- You are meticulous, reliable
- You are a team player and stress resistant
