Our client is looking for a bilingual FR/NL administrative associate for their back office department in Brussels

Description

  • Daily management of the department’s administrative tasks
  • Control and validation of installment loan files: processing, follow-up, document verification and payment.
  • Regular contact with customers: phone calls, emails
  • Archiving and scanning of files

Your profile

  • You are bilingual FR/NL
  • You have a higher education degree (minimum bachelor)
  • You ideally have experience in instalment loans and life insurance
  • You are structured, organized, autonomous, flexible and dynamic
  • You have good communication skills and are customer oriented
  • You are meticulous, reliable
  • You are a team player and stress resistant
