THE SKATEROOM collaborates with the world’s most renowned artists to create high-quality, limited-edition art skateboards.
To support our growing production and logistics operations, we are looking for a Production & Logistics Assistant to join our team.
Role OverviewAs Production & Logistics Assistant, you play a central role in creating our art editions and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Your main mission will be producing skate editions, while remaining polyvalent across logistics, order preparation, stock management, and warehouse support.
You will work closely with our Logistics & Production Manager, progressively learning all operational systems so you can assist and eventually replace them when needed.
Key Responsibilities1. Production of Art Editions (Primary Mission)- Produce and assemble our art skateboard editions following internal quality standards
- Prepare materials, operate tools/equipment, and ensure high-quality output
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production workflow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment
- Assist with order preparation during busy periods (packing, labelling, shipping)
- Monitor and update inventory levels (physical and digital via Odoo)
- Help with stock management, including:
- Supporting student workers
- Ensuring proper organisation of storage areas
- Maintaining good functioning & cleanliness of the warehouse
- Learn our logistics systems (Odoo, order management, stock software, carrier tools...)
- Encode stock movements, receptions, orders, and other logistics data
- Support the Logistics & Production Manager on daily tasks
- Acquire enough operational knowledge to replace the Manager temporarily when needed
- Experience in production, logistics, craftsmanship, fabrication, or workshop environments is a plus
- Experience in production of skate decks is a great plus
- Comfortable with hands-on work, tools, and manual tasks
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Basic/Intermediate computer skills (or quick learner with systems/software)
- Reliable, motivated, curious, and solution-oriented
- Able to work independently and within a small team
- Flexible and polyvalent – willing to help wherever needed
