  • Master     degree
  • 5 years experience in similar positions; Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferred. Exposure to change management projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentoring/coaching experience
  • Strong Excel/BI (VBA), presentation/powerpoint Skills
  • Broad knowledge in SCM field experiencing different managerial levels with different managerial accountabilities
  • Broad knowledge in core processes of ERP Systems (SAP); Demand Planning, Production Planning, Materials Planning, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management and Data Management.
  • Fluent Dutch & English (spoken & written)

  • Responsible for the site certification of MRP-II within the approved timeline
  • Define and monitor the project plan together with the task team leaders to deliver A-Class on site
  • Work closely with the Site Head and Site Leadership team to drive and deliver A-Class performance
  • Provide NOSSCE training/education sessions for site team and newcomers
  • Support in RCI for supply related issues and assess remediation plans.
  • Drives the improvement of processes in different areas in the organisation (Supply chain, Lab, Production, ....) , all linked to improve to reliability of the supply chain and
  • OTIF of 95%
