Brand Communication Manager, this is your challenge

Do you have a passion for media, communication and PR? Do you like the challenge of understanding your brand and creating media strategies as well as planning them? Do you want to work together with the teams and agencies towards the most performing plans?
Then we would love to welcome you in our team at Nespresso.

As a Brand Communication Manager you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Localise the global media strategy & campaigns in line with local market needs.
  • Develop, execute, and evaluate (corporate) communications for all channels (in line with local market needs)
  • Guard the (visual) brand identity and tone-of-voice, e.g. by supporting the adaptation and creation of all communication with an expert opinion on key messaging
  • Establish and leverage relationships with key media networks and agencies
  • Evaluate the local media strategy, media & creative agencies on performance against KPIs
  • Lead the corporate & lifestyle PR strategy including influencer approach
  • Build a strong team where team members collaborate effectively and understand their shared goals and purpose
  • Develop a solid network with colleagues and stakeholders both locally as well as at headquarters

As a Brand Communication Manager you report to the Marketing & Communication Director for Nespresso Belux. In your team you manage 4 team members.

What you bring along:

  • Relevant degree for the job
  • At least 6 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience with media and corporate communication
  • Affinity with digital media and brand communication
  • Experience in eCommerce and premium brands is a plus
  • Experience with team management
  • Solid knowledge in Dutch, French and English
