The challenge

We are looking for a colleague that joins us, starting as a more conventional Business Analyst to grow into an Application Designer role, that will apply state-of-the-art techniques such as service design, design thinking, lean start-up and UX design, around CRM Dynamics applications and its integrations.

• We want you to start as a Business Analyst, initially making use of conventional techniques, working side-by-side with our business specialists and CRM Dynamics experts. This will give you the opportunity to learn our business and solutions on-the-job.
• After this first stage you will be the one bringing the new techniques to create and deliver more and more human-centred solutions while at the same time you learn the specifics of CRM Dynamics to finally transform you in an Application Designer.
• You will capitalize on your knowledge and previous experience that can be on architecturing complex systems, in service design or consultancy for example.
• We will groom you and support your growing in this role that we consider instrumental by having you joining our new and on-going projects, attending training courses, and being peer-coached by our senior functional colleagues.

Your profile

You have:

• A masters’ degree in IT or in Sciences with a strong interest in IT
• A good command of English. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is considered an asset
• Experience in architecturing complex systems of any kind, or in service design or in consultancy
• Knowledge in conventional business analysis tools and techniques
• A thirst for applying innovative human-centred methods such as service design, design thinking, lean start-up and agile
• An understanding of Digital Transformation
