We are currently looking for a Business Analyst, to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

This position requires a maximum of 5 days per month at client offices. however, teleworking must take place within 2 hours of Brussels.

Nature of tasks

  • Analysis of Business requirements.
  • Documentation of Business requirements. [Essential]
  • Business model analysis. [Essential]
  • Business process analysis
  • Business processes modelling.
  • Functional requirements and business cases analysis
  • Risk analysis
  • Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans
  • Level of education: a bachelor’s level or 3 years of higher education

Specific expertise AND technologies

  • Good knowledge of information systems matters
  • Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes
  • Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value
  • Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile, Prince2, PM2)
  • Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites

Knowledge AND non-technical skills:

  • Rapid self-starting capability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis.
  • Capability to speak to business and technical audiences.
  • Strong capacity to give high-level presentations. Excellent critical thinker, by using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses alternative solutions.
  • Ability to apply high quality standards.
  • Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator.
  • Excellent Team Player
  • High degree of discretion and integrity is required as the applications managed and maintained in SANTE.R.4 contain personal and confidential data
