Job content

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • You manage and coordinate the BCM activities for the Belgium perimeter (BIA, Business Continuity, testing, crisis management, KPI’s, ...) , under the guidance of the head of BCM MS (Merchant Services)
  • You keep best practices, plans and procedures up to date, available, known and implemented
  • You support crisis management framework
  • You develop and maintain the training and awareness program
  • You provide support in Business Continuity projects (identification of BC requirements, strategies and solutions to ensure recovery of critical services and activities)
  • You deliver client, management & regulatory reporting and provide support in audits or certifications
  • You identify and pro-actively propose improvements to the Business Continuity framework
  • You Contribute to the BCM activities overall for Merchant Services (with your peers from the BCM community)


Skills we can’t do without:

  • Relevant experience in Risk Management/IT Audits or Business Continuity
  • Autonomous and proactive
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery experience
  • Certifications in ITIL, Project Management, BCM or Risk would be an asset
