Summary
As a Workforce Management (WFM) Controller/Planner, your main focus will be to act as a control tower of the various activities within Workforce Management for Merchant Services. You will be in charge of all the “controlling” activities associated with the WFM process and support the outlook/planning process.
Job Responsibilities
- WFM related:
- Support the Head of MS Workforce Management (WFM) (and indirectly the Head of MS Operational Efficiency) and work with Finance and HR Controlling team.
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and reviews (KPI monitoring and participation in special projects). As an initial part of your job, you will also be strongly involved in the set up of the structure of these reportings
- Support in all planning activities (outlook, forecast, budget, 3 years plan)
- Support internal customers groups in the business with the implementation of the people equation in their budgets / outlooks
- Improve existing processes and systems/tools to drive efficiency in particular through more automation
- Ensuring reporting and presentation output to senior management
- In coordination with the RAB administrators, gather and leverage data from the MS RAB process (Resources Approval Board process) to improve short-term outlook capabilities and contribute to the budgeting
- Foster an environment of collaboration, engagement, and high performance
- Maintain close collaboration with WFM colleagues working on the other WFM processes and with the operational managers
- Other duties, as assigned
- Business relations:
- You will participate, with the rest of the WFM team, in supporting the overall Sourcing Process for Worldline Merchant Services (from resource request to fulfilment: onboarding, offboarding, sourcing process in different geographies, timely extensions of subcontractors,…) in accordance with Worldline internal rules,
- Contact with different stakeholders (Business, Finance, HR, Procurement, Managed Service Providers, Suppliers, Onboarding team,…). Your role will be at a crossroad between the top management, finance, and HR.
Job Requirements / Main skills
- Strong academic background. Finance and Controlling degree
- Desire to learn, pro active
- 3-5 years controlling experience in multinational matrix environment, with proven track record
- Strong analytical skills, ability to lead process analysis
- Used to working in projects, taking on a leading role
- Full English proficiency, French would be a plus
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be comfortable in working in cross-functional teams – matrix environment
- Advanced Excel user and ability to leverage other reporting systems (SAP, TM1, …)
- A strong commitment to providing financial support
