Your role

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be the drive behind all improvements of the tool & functionalities within your scope. You will analyze business requirements and supervise the IT team in their developments. As business data analyst, you are responsible to analyze and design a Customer datamart exposing all needed information to support marketing activities. You are supported by a data analyst team with a very good knowledge of all data landscape. Your mission is mainly to understand the current usage of data and to structure an optimized view on those data to be build later on in the cloudified platform.

You will be working in a self-organizing team that covers analysis, development, coding, testing, releasing and support.

The analyst will have to be able

• Creating custom reports & dashboards using Power BI, and Excel;
• Supporting continuous improvement of the services and applications. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems;
• Administrating & supporting user requests on the logistics and stock management;
• Empowering business users to carry out their day-to-day operations effectively;
• Writing and updating technical documentations in English and make them available to the team;
• Delivering services to users with the highest level of satisfaction;
• Working in close collaboration business stakeholders/users and business analysts, architects, other IT development teams;
• Providing effective and timely communication to all relevant teams.

Your profile

• You have between 5 year and 15 years of relevant experience;
• You have a master’s degree;
• You have good knowledge of SQL
• You possess an analytical mind, you work in a structured approach and have the flexibility to quickly adapt in case of unexpected change of priority;
• You can communicate and present information clearly and concisely, providing regular status updates on projects and issues;
• Able to build constructive relationships with the different stakeholders while managing changes and conflicting priorities;
• You have a proactive attitude;
• You have experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies;
• You are English and in Dutch or French.
