Your role
- Being a point of contact for order processing/customers
- Coordinate the demand control activities
- Set priorities for QA releases in case of back logs, taking into account customer needs
- Being responsible for preparing the weekly push below min report, push production schedule and monthly KPIs
- Represent Customer Service in projects/programs
- Being responsible for the monthly demand analysis & review process
- Participate in meetings with various stakeholders to ensure high CSL
Your profile
- You hold a Bechelor’s or Master’s Degree
- You are fluent in Dutch & English
- Skills: good communication skills, analytical mindset, flexible, stress-ressistant, very good knowledge of Excel
