Are you a driven professional with a passion for business development and a strong interest in brownfield projects? We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and help us identify and develop new business opportunities within the brownfield sector.

Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for identifying brownfield redevelopment opportunities
  • You will coordinate the feasibility studies of potential projects, dealing with technical, legal, financial, real estate commercial aspects
  • You will manage the commercial and contractual negotiations and finalize agreements with the partners;
  • You will give assistance in the set-up of permits;
  • You will manage and structure investments and financing, in cooperation with the internal departments
  • You will maintain and extend a commercial network

Your profile

  • You have a master degree, preferably with an economical and/or technical background and you have a strong affinity for the commercial and financial context;
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a relevant position. Your experience is situated in the real estate and/or soil remediation context, in a role as project manager, business developer or similar;
  • You have knowledge of environmental and/or spatial planning legislation with focus on the Flemish context;
  • Financial, legal and contractual aspects of project management are familiar for you;
  • Experience with ‘Public Private Partnership’ is a plus;
  • You are an initiator, a strategic thinker, a team player, analytic, assertive, and solution provider;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus;
  • Your office will be based in Zwijndrecht.
