We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager with proven commercial skills who is capable to provide professional technical advice and support to practitioners performing dental implant procedures upon selection and placement of the Aadva implant to the rehabilitation of the prosthetic structure required.

We offer a challenging function with an international character since you will be providing clinical and technical support throughout our North / West European Sales Region.

As business development manager you will be responsible for the sales development and the related promotion activities of the GC Aadva implant portfolio within the NWE Sales Region. Your main customers are oral surgeons, dental implantologists, dentists and dental laboratories.

In this function you will report operationally to the regional Sales Management, interlinking closely with the individual country sales organizations and the respective country managers responsible for the subsequent local market development of the Aadva implant activities.

What is your mission?

  • Drafting of and subsequent implementation of a business development plan for the introduction of Aadva Implants in the assigned region.
  • Daily visits to oral surgeons, implantologists & dentists (acquisition)
  • Following up on leads from our Operatory Product sales team.
  • Providing technical (laboratories) and clinical (dentists) support. Offering TOP service is a part of your DNA.
  • Providing, organizing, and delivering of internal and external educational courses, lectures and events and participation within the entire allocated territory.
  • Your punctual, daily registration of activities in CRM is a requirement.
  • Supporting the country manager in pricing. Delivery and payment term management are a given for you.
  • Developing local marketing campaigns to create demand for Aadva implants in the market- based on the Corporate Business Plan directions and positioning guidelines.
  • Building up and maintaining business relations with key opinion leaders and educational institutions

Who are you?

  • Higher Professional Education work and thinking level (e.g.: Dental Technician, Commercial Field Sales Specialist with proven Implant Sales experience)
  • >5 years (preferably 10) of experience in a commercial and/or educational/technical role in the field of implantology
  • Experiences in training sales team members and dentists/technicians is a plus.
  • You are commercially strong, self-motivated, and work independently.
  • Result and KPI oriented and service-oriented attitude
  • Good knowledge of Excel and CRM
  • Mastery of Dutch and English, spoken and written.
