Let us describe the challenge we offer
  • In this new position you will work on a wide range of programs and projects. You are the driving force behind the development, implementation and optimization of both new and existing services and processes.
  • You translate the business development strategy into a practical implementation, in which you initiate, roll out and manage new (international) projects.
  • From your sharp analyzes you create insight into data, you identify opportunities and threats, and you initiate projects that lead to a structural improvement of the organization.
  • You are in the lead of cross-functional projects (sales, customer service, marketing, customer experience, operations, and business development) for the Dutch head office, the Spaces and the Handover Center.
  • In close collaboration with our headquarters in Sweden and other European markets, you strive for optimal cooperation and sharing best practices.
  • You continuously think and contribute to the improvement of the organization, also outside your function area: Innovation, collaboration and improvement are in your blood!
  • Together with the newly appointed Lead & Retail Sales Manager, you build the ’backbone’ of lead management as a tandem and you report to the Head of Operations and Business Development.
You And Your Skills
  • Analytical, collaborative, structured and process oriented.
  • A completed education at master’s level, preferably in Business, combined with at least 3 years of successful experience in an automotive or retail related project management and/or consultancy position.
  • Passion for EV and sustainability and a strong interest in e-commerce and direct sales models.
  • Strong digital affinity and experience
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to balance content and pragmatism.
  • A flexible and stress-resistant personality, coupled with a strong work ethic and ’getting things done mentality’, which allows you to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Resilient, agile and motivated with an innovative attention to detail.
  • Market orientation, thoroughness, a strong business sense and the courage to show ownership.
  • Excellent communication and social skills, with which you can quickly switch between hierarchical levels.
  • Flair and empathy to create support across internal and external stakeholders.
  • An excellent knowledge of MS Office; SalesForce know-how is an advantage
