  • Maintains SharePoint and ADFS server farms for the DCIS environment
  • Analyses vulnerability reports, proposes and implements mitigations following the Agency change management procedures.
  • Performs fault diagnosis using the IT and Data Management Services Management System;
  • Responsible for the delivery of 3rd level technical support for IT and Data Management Services in DCIS;
  • Carries out routine maintenance of IT and Data Management Services infrastructure, management appliances and other NATO IT and Data Management Services equipment;
  • Completes any changes to the system documentation;
  • Completes backups and restores of IT and Data Management Services devices;
  • Performs remote fault diagnosis on IT and Data Management Services as required;
  • Performs other duties as may be required.
RequirementsSkill, Knowledge & Experience:
  • The candidate must have a currently active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET security clearance
  • At least 3 years’ experience in various areas of:
    • Latest Virtualization Technologies and Operating Systems.
    • Implementation and troubleshooting Infrastructure Failover Clusters (Vmware and Microsoft)
    • Latest Server, Storage, Client and Infrastructure Networking hardware technologies.
    • Recent practical experience in maintaining Microsoft SharePoint, SQL, ADFS/WAP environments
    • Practical experience of the Design, Deployment and Administration of SAML based Identify Provider
    • Practical experience with Directory, Identity and Access Management consisting of multiple interconnected and federated Active Directory Domains and Forests
    • Expert experience in securing and managing Active Directory topologies and Kerberos authentication.
    • Enterprise Systems Management services, methods and tools (i.e. SCOM, SCCM, SCVMM);
    • Configuration management practices and tools;
  • Knowledge of ITIL IT service management model;
  • Experience and applied knowledge of Service Transition.
