Tobania is the partner of choice for financial institutions for a wide range of support services. As we continue to expand our activities, we are also looking for new Call Agents to strengthen our existing teams. You will be deployed on a project within a market leader in the banking sector in Ghent or Louvain-la-Neuve, where you will act as the sounding board for private clients.

What do Call Agents do at Tobania?

• You manage the first line communication: end users are in direct contact with you for their questions and doubts. You analyse the situation and offer them a tailor-made solution by phone.
• You follow up customer files from A to Z: you actively listen to customers and guide them through every step in the process. For more complex cases, you work together with a team of specialists.
• You provide a touch of commercial flair: you contribute to the improvement of internal business processes and our communication performance. Moreover, you have a nose for new opportunities thanks to your customer-oriented, commercial skills!

Requirements

In addition to your obvious commitment and motivation, you will increase your chances of success if you meet two or more of the following requirements

• Studies: a diploma of secondary education in function of the Willems Law.
• Experience: motivation and ambition are key.
• Languages: good knowledge of Dutch and French. Other languages are always a plus.
• Personal interests: you are a born problem solver and always want to learn about new methods.
• Your strengths: you are a team player, have a customer-focused approach, an analytical mind, and your communication skills are unrivalled.
• Expertise: when you see a problem, you immediately see possibilities.
