Description:
To support Resa’s transformation plan, we are looking to hire a senior change management manager for our Change Management Unit - Transformation Division. The services will take place at RESA’s site in Liège,
with the possibility of working remotely for a maximum of 2 days per week (presence on-site for a minimum of 3 days).
The main responsibility will be to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption by RESA teams and minimize resistance. The priority tasks required will be to carry out change management activities and produce deliverables on several projects following the change management methodology defined within RESA.
Define a structured approach adapted to the situation:
- Identify stakeholders.
- Carry out the necessary impact analyses.
- Analyse possible resistance.
- Design the change plan (communication plan, training plan, commitment plan, etc.).
Implement the change plan:
- Measure and evaluate the situation on an ongoing basis throughout the project.
- Manage and monitor the activities linked to the change plan (communication, training, commitment, etc.).

- Ensuring that the deliverables identified as essential are completed and adapted for the
- transition to production.
Establish sustainability activities:
- Monitor the level of adoption.
- Process feedback and make the necessary corrections.
- Measure the extent to which the change has taken root and make the necessary improvements.
Skills:
- Experience in setting up change-related KPIs, monitoring them, and launching related actions. Must
- Knowledge of the project management phases/project life cycle. Must
- Proven experience in change management: change management methodology and tools. Senior (more
- than 5 years) Must have
- Proven experience in implementing change plans Senior (more than 5 years) Must have.
- Level of French C2 (CEFR) Must
- Experience in training: design, delivery, evaluation. Should have.
- Proven coaching experience - Should have.
- Experience in the energy sector - Should have.
- Experience in a public organization - Should have.
- Experience of efficiency projects – Yes
