Responsibilities

Directly reporting to the Group Deputy CFO and the Group CIO, your responsibilities will be

On this newly created position, you will be in charge of the overall costs and activities of the company IT operations and will have to develop your team.
  • To build a new team of Financial controllers who will help you with the creation of the financial planning and analysis framework
  • To support strategic initiatives
  • You will lead and manage performance of the teams and activities like the development of finance and support departments
  • You will develop new sourcing strategies which will aim to obtain purchasing savings
  • You will manage the budget, financial reports and financial controls
  • You will be in charge of finding the future leaders of the company by recruiting and promoting them
  • You will have to develop a financial strategy and planning where all the costs can be predicted, monitored and accounted to provide a top management department
  • You will have to be sure the strategies you find are reliable along the cost centers, the programs or the services
The Profile
  • You hold a Masters’ degree in Business Administration, Finance or a similar field
  • 10+ years of experience in financial controlling, ideally in the IT Operations, including team management
  • You have excellent communication and leadership skills (you have a previous experience in leading change)
  • You have already worked in a multi-cultural environment, and are willing to inspire large teams across different countries
  • You have a strong knowledge of finance policies, processes and systems
  • You are pragmatic, comfortable to work in a dynamic environment and have a long-term vision for your future job
  • You are not scared to take initiatives and risks
  • You speak English fluently and any other languages will be considered as a strong asset
