  • You manage your assigned customer portfolio from A to Z.
  • You ensure that the digital client file is always up-to-date and complete.
  • You are jointly responsible for the placement of risks with insurers.
  • You are responsible for managing the annual review of the policy in terms of conditions and rates.
  • You are in daily contact with our customers and deal with their technical insurance questions. This also enables you to proactively detect cross-selling opportunities.
  • You maintain frequent contacts with our partners-insurers
  • You are responsible for preparing offers for new prospects
  • Together with the Account Manager, you form a ’winning team’ that focuses on both the retention and the further growth of our customer portfolio.

Your profile

  • You have obtained a bachelor degree.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in the BOAR insurance sector.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French and English.
  • You are proactive and customer oriented.
  • You like working in a team.
