- Senior profile required
- Sys admin hands-on experience with infrastructure and workstations
- Windows client ( windows image, validate images, troubleshoots,…)
- SCCM, powershell scripting (at least 1profile), boot sequence based on scripts.
- Share 3rd line tickets in the team.
- Interaction 1 : internal workforce
- Interaction 2 : solution providers if they can’t fix the issue.
