Role:

  • Senior profile required
  • Sys admin hands-on experience with infrastructure and workstations
  • Windows client ( windows image, validate images, troubleshoots,…)
  • SCCM, powershell scripting (at least 1profile), boot sequence based on scripts.
  • Share 3rd line tickets in the team.
  • Interaction 1 : internal workforce
  • Interaction 2 : solution providers if they can’t fix the issue.
