The Role:

We are seeking a proactive CMMS and Inventory Coordinator to become an integral part of our expanding team in Neufchâteau, Belgium. In this role, you will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to oversee our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), focusing on the strategic planning and scheduling of maintenance tasks.

Your responsibilities will extend beyond internal coordination; you’ll be pivotal in fostering and enhancing relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring seamless operational support.

Moreover, you will spearhead the development of our technical warehouse. This involves implementing cost-effective procurement strategies, managing inventory, and handling the administrative aspects of materials, spare parts, and tools. Your goal will be to align our inventory with operational demands, streamline warehouse processes, and drive continuous improvement in our storage and retrieval systems.

You have a Tertiary level education or proven abilities and experience in the areas of mechatronics, mechanical engineering and/or Electrical engineering.

You have a technical aptitude for understanding and maintaining complex machinery.

Communicating in French or English is no problem for you, with the ability to speak both languages being an advantage.

You have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
