Skills, knowledge, experience required:
  • Experience in:
  • Support the NCI Agency Services Fulfilment Cell in the daily work related to service configuration and management support;
  • Updating existing, or creating new, documentation for the maintained solutions, e. g. drawings, Standard Operating Procedures, User Guides;
  • Supporting the provision of network services to NATO deployable/mobile CIS infrastructure in accordance with NATO standards;
  • Driving licenses (B).
Duties/role:
  • Providing technical support for the network configuration management
  • Ensuring the update of network configuration management databases in accordance with the service request requirements and internal policies/priorities
  • Ensuring the consistency of the maintained network Data bases
  • Assessing and align the compliance of network service requests with NATO standards and references;
  • Releasing the circuit and service orders and follow their implementation when required;
  • Interfacing to the CIS community for service configuration and request management issues;
  • Being able to provide internal/external training related to the Area of Responsibility when required;
  • Providing the support of exercises and trainings throughout NATO territory as required.
