The Global Commercial Excellence and Client Satisfaction Team works to support Eurofins Organic Growth (yearly target of 5%), and to make sure that it delivers customer satisfaction by listening to and exceeding customer expectations. Within the internal consulting team and under the supervision of the Manager of Commercial Excellence and Customer Satisfaction and more senior team members, the Commercial Excellence intern will work on:
- Defining and implementing the Group Sales & Marketing performance framework;
- Developing and implementing Group standard methodologies and processes;
- Analyzing Sales performance and linking it to Business Financial Performance;
- Advising leaders on Best Practices in Commercial Excellence and Sales Strategies.
This is a6 months compensated internship.
The position is based in Brussels within our Global Headquarters with frequent contact with International Business Leaders.
Starting Dates: January 2022 or July 2022.
Role & Objectives:
Support projects and design tools:
- Support the definition and deployment of our Group commercial transformation programmes in close cooperation with Commercial Excellence team members.
Conduct Analyses:
- Support local sales management and sales force teams to design and deliver scalable analytics driving the business;
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses requested by Commercial Excellence team members.

- Get exposure to Eurofins Group leaders to build your network;

Qualifications:
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Master at a top Science, Engineering or Management School;
- Languages: Excellent English oral and written a must. Other European or Asian languages are highly appreciated;
- Technical knowledge IT: Advanced MS Office, VBA, knowledge of CRM tools and marketing solutions.
