CONTROLLER LOGISTICS & SUPPLY CHAIN BENE

Your function
As Controller Logistics & Supply Chain BENE you will be responsible for:

• Support Logistics and Supply chain Management in the optimizing of OPEX (70 M€) and CAPEX (~5 M€);
• Controlling and analyzing monthly and yearly closings for BE and NL;
• Preparing monthly management reporting;
• KPI monitoring;
• Participating in the technical consolidation process, interpreting results on probability, correctness and completeness;
• Performing actuals versus budget/PY variance analysis of logistic costs, interpret variances and report on those;
• Performing P&L and balance sheet analysis;
• Support and perform profitability analysis;
• Build-up of the annual budget (Operating Plan) and quarterly Forecasts for the logistic costs of the different business lines for BE and NL;
• Participate actively in investment process (CAPEX);
• Improve the financial processes;

You will report to the Head of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), located in our Benelux Headquarters in Braine-l’Alleud (Belgium).

Your profile*

• University degree in Economics / Finance;
• Young potential with 2-3 years experience in audit or relevant controlling and reporting experience;
• Excellent analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and a high level of accuracy;
• Service minded and flexible mentality, able to work autonomously;
• Stress resistant, focused on delivering results and solutions within tight deadlines;
• Able to work well in a dynamic, changing environment;
• Good communication skills on all levels;
• Computer skills: SAP, MS Office (Excel);
• Languages: fluent in French, Dutch and English.
