All about the role:As our Courier Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our delivery fleet.
Your Main Responsibilities will be...
- Answering questions and queries from couriers in Belgium.
- Providing information about work schedules, equipment and systems, among others.
- Execution of administrative tasks such as employee data management and other HR documents.
- Support Local Operations with equipment requests and other administrative tasks such as disciplinary actions and accidents/incidents.
- Experience in a high volume support function, such as Customer Service.
- Fluency in English, French and Dutch is mandatory.
- Affinity working with different online systems, including Google Sheets.
- Familiar with high volume tasks and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Service mentality and a supportive approach towards all stakeholders.
- An understanding of HR or experience in an HR-related position is a plus.
