Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will organise COVID tests for employees who are working on sites worldwide;
- You will be responsible for the booking of tests and the contacting of employees with the results;
- Other general administrative tasks.
- You have completed either an undergraduate degree (bachelor) or an A2 diploma;
- Experience in admin is an added value, however your motivation and attitude are of greater value;
- An excellent command in both written and spoken English. It is the main language of the business;
- You are service-orientated and have a strong ability in admin.
- A temporary contract (min 3 months, for the duration of the current COVID measures). This is perfect for gaining administrative experience;
- A full-time position. You will work 37hr 45min/week;
