Responsibilities:

    • Cash collection for the Benelux and Nordics
    • Full use of FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) functionality in SAP.
    • Administrating new customer credit limits in SAP.
    • Performing regular credit checks on customers and associated credit limit maintenance.
    • Ensuring customer invoices are delivered timely to the correct contact at the customer.
    • Supporting e-procurement – in particular delivery of invoices.
    • Resolution of customer queries/disputes.
    • Managing debtor’s ledger.
    • Provide regular information on customer credit status.
    • Liaising with Sales and Service team to ensure smooth business experience for end customers.
Qualifications:
Education:
  • Minimal Bachelor in accounting or experience in an accounting department

Experience:
  • Some experience in accounting is a plus

Competencies:
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (esp. Excel)
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Language skills : Dutch, English, French
  • Result driven and flexibel

Travel:
  • No travel is required
