We are looking for a CRM Data Management Internship to join our Energy department based in Louvain-la-Neuve. You will support N-SIDE Pre-sales and Business Development teams by helping to create the necessary structure/framework for teams to be successful. During this internship you will understand how the Energy business is evolving within the company and you will help to create a common language on how to efficiently manage our leads and prospects along the conversion phase.
The internship opportunities are all year long, at the following times:

  • Winter/spring (Feb-May) - 8 weeks minimum
  • Summer - 8 weeks minimum
  • Fall (Sept-December) - 8 weeks minimum

The challenge
Our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a powerful tool used by all team members to better manage our leads, contacts and current opportunities, helping us to prioritize our actions within the Sales team. However, the pace at which new leads enter the CRM requires clear processes and robust data management guidelines, allowing for the most efficient lead, contact and pipeline management.
What you’ll do

  • Update & maintain our CRM database (no prior knowledge required)
  • Help develop and implement business development processes, with the CRM as the main channel
  • Promote the collaboration with different teams (Marketing, Product Ownership, Product Development, etc.)
  • Foster adoption of the CRM by the internal stakeholders, ensuring maximum value generation

About you

  • You are undergoing a Masters degree in Business Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Sales, entrepreneurship
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory
  • You are proactive and a digital enthusiast
  • You are a team player, and you like to take on new challenges
  • You are eager to learn and collaborate with different partners
  • You are hands-on, eager to get things done and result-driven
  • Available for 8 weeks minimum
  • Fluent in English
