What this job involves

Working in the Belux Information Management department, you have a major contribution in the quality processes of the products and services. You will be working under the supervision of the Head of MIR (Marketing, Information Management, Research) Belux. At the intersection between business, technology and user experience, you are the agile driving force in our environment. You are responsible for maximizing the value of the product and work with the Development Team. You are responsible for the design and implementation of a CRM solution that helps to get the most out of the interactions with users. Next you gather the needs of the customer in a requirements analysis and you analyze the requirements in close cooperation with the end users.

You will cover the following parts:
Help the project manager organizing sprint review meetings & planning.

Get detail level of requirements from customers & clearly communicate it to the product team.

Draw the business processes and see where they can be optimized. Based on this information you will design and implement a suitable solution. In doing so, you extensively test the functionalities.

Build and maintain a relationship with the stakeholders.

Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.

Play a crucial role in supporting, coaching and training the end users.

Create, maintain & prioritize the CRM/CRP Backlog and manage DevOps follow up with third part company.

Regular travel to the Luxembourg office is required.

Desired skills and experience for this job
Master or an experienced Bachelor with a similar level of knowledge.

Previous experience within a CRM/CRP Microsoft Dynamics 365 role is essential (minimum 3 years).

You have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with CRM and experience in a project management role.

Certification of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for customer engagement is a plus.

Knowledge and experience in project management methodology.

General knowledge of software management.

You are communicative, customer focused and go for added value through teamwork.

Knowledge of Click Dimension and SharePoint management.

You communicate fluently in French and English, Dutch is considered as an advantage.

Previous experience in the Real Estate sector is a plus.
