We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed employee to strengthen our KitchenAid organization in Belgium (Strombeek-Bever) as:

KitchenAid SDA EMEA (Europe, Middle-East and Africa)

We are looking for a dynamic resource to be part of the EMEA S&OP team. This person will play a critical role in helping to achieve the company’s growth plans by ensuring world-class customer service to the Trade. He/She will be responsible for gathering, executing, monitoring and post-evaluating any customer-driven activity as promotions, specific customer deals, bundles, master packs and new product launches. He/She will be managing stock allocation across customers and proposing any change to manage exceptions or specific escalations. This role would be the face of the supply chain inside the organization serving as the daily point of contact for sales and demand planners on all availability matters related to promotions, specific customer deals and new product launches. He/She will be interacting closely with demand & supply planning, logistics, sales and marketing functions to make sure demand plans are executed with the best service level, on time and in full.

Availability management

• Liaise with the supply planning team to ensure the product is available as planned to support committed delivery date with the customer
• Propose any change to customer stock allocation in order to manage exceptions or late deliveries
• Be the guardian of bundles and master packs keeping control and coordination of products, arrivals, assemble at the warehouse until final delivery at the customer facility
• Supervise available-to-promise (ATP) outcome from the system and ensuring is aligned to reality

Communication

• Be the go-to person for the sales team regarding availability questions about customer commitments, bundles, master packs.
• Proactively communicate to sales any variations on the agreed plans

Ownership and Leadership

• Lead the weekly Supply Chain commitment meeting with Supply Chain Leadership Team providing a status update and key decisions to take
• Proactively escalate to management delivery gaps, mitigate supply risks and obtain supply feedback
• Coordinate E2E supply planning activities with all players when facing major supply issues while taking responsibility for proactive and timely communication to demand planner and sales
• Perform periodic controls and general master data maintenance based on the needs on item and set level

Continuous improvement

• Conduct post-evaluation analyses identifying root causes of late deliveries
• Drive continuous process improvement and standardization in planning processes
• Build productive relations with other relevant departments across the organization
• Bring a customer lens within supply chain department

REQUIREMENTS:

• You have a Master degree preferably in Engineering or Economics
• You have +2 yrs experience in roles connected to one of the following area : Demand Planning , Supply Planning, Logistics or Customer Service
• Preferential experience in Demand Planning
• You have good knowledge of supply chain processes and concepts
• You have great leadership skills with the ability to influence and coordinate a team job
• Able to set priorities & meet deadlines in a timely manner
• You are a team player & like being part of an international dynamic team
• You are fluent in English. Any other language is a plus.
• Solid experience working with MS Office , proficient in MS Excel.
• You are an entrepreneurial person with strong analytical skills, putting the customer at the center of your efforts
• Strong communication skills both verbally and spoken
• Flexible & able to work in a changing & challenging environment
