Digital Content Expert (Europe)


Part of Whirlpool Corporation, KitchenAid Europe Inc. is selling throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa a range of premium Small Domestic Appliances (SDA), starting with the iconic Stand Mixer, well known by all pastry lovers. Throughout its long history, KitchenAid has remained true to its roots as the brand for those who are passionate about cooking and, with each new development, continues to deliver a mix of sophisticated professional techniques and iconic design.


ROLE DESCRIPTION

As part of the Digital Content team, be responsible for the implementation of the marketing, content and SEO strategy for a given product category (Healthy&Fresh or Coffee&Breakfast) for the 23 KitchenAid EMEA websites.
Your main activities will consist of :

  • Maintaining the website product catalogue for the defined category with phase-in/phase-out products
  • Performing ongoing site quality control, ensuring all copies, images and content are accurate and of a high quality
  • Working closely with e-commerce team to deliver banners for promotional activities
  • Driving our external digital agency to deliver engaging design and copy with strong SEO and e-commerce focus
  • Working together with Brand and Social Media teams to create compelling website content for online marketing campaigns
  • Take part in the website redesign project, working on website UX&UI with external digital agency


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in Business management, Digital and/or Communications.
  • Fluent in English, any other European language is an asset
  • Minimum 2 years Digital experience is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Consumer-oriented mindset
  • Cross-functional team player
  • Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy
  • Stress-resistant
  • Motivated by cooking and home appliance world
  • Experience working with a premium brand is a plus
