What will you be doing ?For our Client (P&G B.I.C.) in Strombeek-Bever, we’re looking for a Customer Service Analyst Belux.
More Specifically, This Means
In this Position, your main Role would be to hold the end-to-end Responsibility for managing Customers’ Orders from Order Intake to final Delivery. Additionally, you would also be responsible for solving Order Inaccuracies according to the Customers’ Requests.
OPERATIONS
- Taking care of Order Entry Management for all Pharma Customers (i.e. Wholesalers, Hospitals, Pharmacies) and all Order Types (Sales CRM Interface, EDI or E-mail);
- Handing Complaints and Returns (i.e. Registration, Communication and Follow-Up with 3PL Provider and QA Department) according to internal Procedures;
- Making sure the Customer Approval Management is in accordance with the internal Procedures;
- Communicating clearly and efficiently by Phone and E-mail, answering the Questions of the Customers/Sales Representatives and providing qualitative and timely Responses;
- Having a Customer Facing Role by being the Contact Person for assigned Customers related to Orders, Deliveries, Returns & Complaints;
- Managing Back-Orders (i.e. reporting internally, releasing Orders when Product is available);
- Initiating Credit Note Process;
- Working closely with the Transport Provider(s) to ensure on-time, complete and qualitative Delivery;
- Collaborating with Accounts Receivable regarding dunning/Cash Collection & Credit Management;
- Interacting with Customers as an Ambassador of P&G ensuring a strong Relationship and Trust are maintained.
- Maintaining and managing Customer Master Data (i.e. Creation, Conditions Type) in Collaboration with the internal Team;
- Being the internal/external Point of Contact for SAP Topics on Customer Service Operations;
- Preparing/executing Tests in SAP Test Box together with SAP Developers/Business Experts;
- Helping Users by providing Trainings on regular Basis;
- Being first Point of Contact for solving System related Issues.
- Ensuring full Compliancy of all Processes and Activities;
- Preparing Customer Service related Reporting (i.e. Customer Orders not filled, not delivered on Time and/or open Orders Report);
- Reporting any non-Conformances, Complaints, adverse Events and Intolerances according to local Procedures;
- Following of GxP-Trainings according to the internal GxP-Training Plan;
- Taking on a Back-Up Role for your Colleagues and their Customers in case of Absence.

What are we looking for ?
A Candidate For This Position Should
- Have a Business Administration/Logistical Background (obtained by Studies (max. Bachelor Degree) or Experience (max. 5 Years overall Experience) in the Field);
- Have a good Level of English, French & Dutch;
- Be an Expert in Excel;
- Be a SAP (key) User;
- Have a good understanding of Sales & Order Management Processes;
- Have a Problem solving Attitude;
- Be able to work well in a multi-functional Environment;
- Be an analytical Thinker;
- Have the Ability to manage Priorities;
- Be autonomous/independent in the Handling of different Responsibilities;
- Loves working together in a Team, but can also work independantly;
- Have good organizational Skills;
- Be able to work in a fast and dynamic Organization, while maintaining strong Controls and Detail to Decisions.
What do we offer ?
- Duration : Project of +/- 6 Months ; Start Date: 03/01/22 ; End Date: 30/06/22 (Weekly Contracts – Weekly Payments) --> Extension up to 1 Year (Maximum) is possible, but is no Guarantee just yet!;
- Salary : € 15,96 (gross) per Hour --> +/- € 2627,95 (gross) per Month;
- Extra Reimbursements : 75 % Refund for Public Transport Costs OR Mileage Allowance for Car Transport;
- Food : Company Restaurant (International Cuisine) – No Meal Vouchers;
- Asset on your CV : Working in an International Company.
