THE SCOPE

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Customer Service Analyst to join its CS team.

You receive, follow up and resolve requests and potential problems raised by players, international partners, B2B clients and other internal teams to continually provide a high-quality service and increase the value of Gaming1’s image.

YOUR ROLE
  • Carry out detailed technical analysis of each incoming request;
  • Evaluate the possibility of providing a direct response or transferring the request to another service;
  • Ensure the follow up of transferred requests until they are completed;
  • Provide a suitable response that respects the internal functioning procedures;
  • Optimize the problem resolution management to improve the quality of the service offered;
  • Reach the (individual) KPI objectives set by management and contribute to the department reaching their collective KPI objectives;
  • Accept feedback and respect the implementation of improvement plans;
  • Preanalyze and report technical issues on the various game sites following the Incident Management (IM) procedure;
  • Take on different schedules as support is guaranteed 24/7 by various teams.

YOUR PROFILE
  • Excellent level of French, both oral and written (C1) and good knowledge of English, both oral and written (minimum B1);
  • Previous professional experience in technical customer service.
  • Analytical thinking and technical investigation skills;
  • Service and customer satisfaction oriented;
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Wrike and Jira
  • Natural interest in the casino and online gaming world;
  • Ability to adapt to changes and manage the unexpected;
  • Skills for documenting procedures within the knowledge base (Wiki).
